Kevin Drucker

Kevin's responsibilities range across all of the Foundation’s investment strategies, with particular focus on portfolio design as well as on asset class and manager-level attribution and risk budgeting.  Drucker has significant experience in investment policy definition and implementation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Drucker was Manager of Investment Analysis at the Chicago-based investment-consulting firm of Richards & Tierney (R&T).  His responsibilities at R&T included the development and ongoing maintenance of domestic fund and manager performance attribution and risk analyses which highlight the effects of allocation, selection, and timing among multiple managers and across various asset categories.  Before this, Drucker served as a tax consultant with expertise in the structure of multi-generation estate planning strategies, such as family limited partnerships and charitable trusts, at Arthur Andersen.

Drucker earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in accounting, economics, finance, and international business.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and majored in economics and finance.  He is a CFA charterholder.
