Jamie supports program communication strategies through research, writing, and digital content creation.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Jamie was Communications Coordinator and Associate Editor at the Newberry Library, where she shared stories about the library and its researchers through social media, web and print publications, and video and audio content. She previously served as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago preparing articles for publication and as a Higher Education Fellow in the Department of Art History administering an interinstitutional grant. Earlier in her career, she taught writing and English in Hong Kong and Turkey and managed internal communications for an international education center.
She received her AB from Harvard University and Master of Arts in Humanities from the University of Chicago.
