Daniel Dirnberger

Associate Director of HR Systems

Dan manages the HR Operations of the Foundation including benefits, compensation, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and compliance.

Previously, Dan has worked for organizations such as the Archdiocese of Chicago and the Chicago Board of Trade. He has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State. He is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as well as a member of SHRM and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
