Staff Demographics

Our Commitment to Diversity

We actively seek a diverse Staff. We benefit as individuals, and the work is better because of our Staff’s diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, and lived experiences. We value diversity at all levels, and we continually challenge ourselves to reflect this value in our actions. Diversity includes, but is not limited to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identification, disability, and geography. The following charts include data on Staff and Board members by Sex & Gender, Race & Ethnicity, Disability, and LGBTQ identities.

Notes on Data

Beginning in 2018, MacArthur changed how we capture, track, categorize, and share our demographic data. To maintain consistency, we use 2018 as our baseline for demographic data reporting. We use 2020 as our baseline for LGBTQ+ and Disability demographic data.

Data below were rounded, resulting in totals ranging from 99–101 percent.
