RespectAbility, founded in 2013 and based in Rockville, MD, fights stigmas and advances opportunities for people with disabilities so that they can fully participate in all aspects of their communities. This grant provides support to the National Leadership Program for Philanthropy Fellows, a new program of RespectAbility that aims to create a strong talent pipeline of people with disabilities for the philanthropic sector.
