ImpactUS Marketplace is a new online broker-dealer platform that offers institutions, individuals and advisors an extensive range of investment opportunities focusing on financial and social results. It provides end-to-end transactional and capital management capabilities for use by mission-driven organizations like community development financial institutions, B- Corporations, microfinance organizations and others that can list their capital needs on the platform and access a suite of marketing, legal and administrative services. If successful, the platform will help increase the flow of capital to the social sector while lowering transaction costs for both providers and users of capital. Grant funds will enable ImpactUS to serve non-profit organizations raising capital on the platform by helping cover expenses in a range of areas including marketing, finance, staff costs and platform enhancements.
