Whiteness Project is a multi-platform, interactive project that explores the role of whiteness within the American racial paradigm. The documentary project aims to use the experiences and observations of ordinary Americans who identify as white, or partially white, as a basis from which to interrogate and examine whiteness – a racial category that is often seen as the default in American society, but has been constructed over time through power and privilege.
