Electoral Dysfunction, a feature-length documentary created by a team of award-winning filmmakers, uses humor and wit to take an irreverent, nonpartisan look at voting in America. Tthe film follows political humorist Mo Rocca as he sets out to explore what it takes to get elected, and finds himself in Indiana, tagging along with dedicated volunteers working on opposite sides of the 2008 Presidential election.
