Mexico men

A report by two researchers at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, a MacArthur grantee, examines Mexican immigration policy through a review of the country’s restrictive migration regulations of the past 35 years.  Understanding Mexico’s Changing Immigration Laws also compares Mexico’s immigration policies to those of the United States and argues that, with recent relaxations in its previously strict laws, the former appears closer than the latter to enacting comprehensive immigration reform.
