youth at risk

Two publications released by the Council of State Governments Justice Center and the National Reentry Resource Center break down what state and local governments can do to improve outcomes for youth who come into contact with the juvenile justice system. The publications assess which states track youth recidivism and how this can lead to valuable justice reform, what states are doing and can do to reduce youth incarceration, and how states can make progress to improve the outcomes of higher-risk youth no longer under justice system supervision.
