The purpose of this grant is to foster good governance in Nigeria using technology to increase citizen participation and responsive governance. Three broad components of the project are 1) data acquisition to provide for critical data that can be used to hold government accountable; 2) data processing that allows for easy understanding and usage across multiple information channels; and 3) data dissemination that reaches the widest audience possible across Nigeria.
