International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global reproductive health organization that provides sexual and reproductive health services and conducts educational and advocacy activities. IPPF will use MacArthur funding to help non-governmental organizations (NGOs) participate in national, regional, and international processes that lead up to the 20th anniversary review in 2014 of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Program of Action. IPPF will manage a small grants fund that will enable local NGOs to conduct advocacy activities related to ICPD as well as serve on official government delegations.
