'What We Know' Report Outlines Climate Change Facts

More than 97 percent of climate experts have concluded that human-caused climate change is happening. Now a report and public education campaign from the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is designed to help the American public understand the science behind the realities, risks, and responses to the climate challenge. The report is the result of an AAAS committee chaired by University of San Diego Professor and MacArthur Board Member Mario Molina. The MacArthur-supported report "What We Know" warns that humans are at risk of pushing the climate system toward abrupt, unpredictable, and potentially irreversible changes with highly damaging impacts.
