Berkman Completes Broadband Study for FCC

Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, a MacArthur grantee, submitted its final report on broadband deployment and usage around the world to the Federal Communications Commission to inform the FCC’s efforts to develop a National Broadband Plan for the U.S.
