MacArthur grantee Institute of International Education has published a new book, Weaving Success: Voices of Change in African Higher Education, detailing how the Partnership for Higher Education in Africa helped catalyze social and economic development. The Partnership is a $440 million investment by seven American foundations, including MacArthur, which strengthened 65 institutions of higher education in nine African countries.
