MacArthur grantee STIR Education works to improve the quality of education in developing countries by empowering both primary and secondary level teachers and principals to lead improvement in their classrooms and schools. This video provides an overview of STIR’s approach, which seeks to empower teachers to reimagine their role in leading change, to build a movement of teacher changemakers, and to create an ecosystem of partners to support and sustain that movement.
