Chicago’s unique art and design legacy, and its continued impact on creativity and commerce, will be celebrated throughout 2018 as part of Art Design Chicago. Led by the Terra Foundation, with support from MacArthur, Art Design Chicago was developed in partnership with more than 40 cultural organizations to celebrate Chicago’s artists, designers, and creative producers. It will feature more than 25 exhibitions at museums and cultural centers throughout the city, hundreds of public programs, as well as the creation of several scholarly publications and a four-part documentary.
