Wide Angle launches its sixth season on July 3, 2007

Wide Angle is a prime-time PBS documentary series on international affairs presented by WNET Channel 13 in New York and supported in part by MacArthur.  Its season runs from July 3 to September 11.  This year, the season begins with The People's Court, a film about the emerging legal system in China.  Through interviews with judges, law students, human rights lawyers and Chinese citizens, the documentary examines China's efforts to establish justice and the "rule of law" in a transitioning country.
