Increasing Digital Access in Chicago Neighborhoods

The MacArthur-supported Smart Communities program works to increase digital access and use by families, businesses, and other institutions in five moderate- and low-income Chicago neighborhoods. The program, which offers tech trainings, business networks, and summer jobs, was created with input from residents and is led by local organizations, including MacArthur grantee LISC Chicago.
