European Commission Joins Conservation Fund

The Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) has gained a new partner. The European Commission (EC) will contribute 18 million euros (US $23.5 million) to CEPF’s efforts to empower civil society to conserve the world’s most critical ecosystems. The EC joins MacArthur and five other donor partners, including Foundation grantee Conservation International. This new partnership brings the total funding for CEPF to $270 million since its launch.  Watch CEPF in action and learn about the importance of conservation.
