With this award for placed-based community economic development, Enlace hires a Senior Manager of Community Health to oversee the creation of a COVID-19 Pandemic Response Team and works to strengthen systems for evaluation, data management, documentation, and dissemination.

Violence prevention programs include street outreach workers, school-based counselors, and school Safe Passage programs that ensure that children can walk to and from school safely. With this institutional support award, Enlace builds a cash reserve, increases its development capacity, and integrates new technology.
