Consorcio para el Dialogo Parlamentario y la Equidad, Asociacion Civil

Consorcio para el Diálogo Parlamentario y la Equidad is a Mexican organization that serves as a bridge between civil society and the federal congress on issues related to women’s rights in order to contribute to more favorable laws and policies for women’s rights and non-discrimination. The grant supports the incorporation of sexual and reproductive rights and equality into the post-2015 international development agenda and its implementation in Mexico, through civil society participation and contributions to the local, regional, and global discussions, as well as informing key stakeholders in Mexico on the process.

To strengthen national policies for youth reproductive and sexual health in Mexico (over three years).

To strengthen public policy on maternal mortality and young people's reproductive and sexual rights in Mexico (over three years).

In support of improving parliamentary debate and knowledge of maternal mortality and morbidity, including Mexico´s national and international commitments, related to reducing the maternal mortality ratio (over three years).

To strengthen advocacy for improved access to legal abortion services in three states (over three years).
