Jacqueline (Jackie) van Wormer of Benton and Franklin Counties (WA) Superior Court on creating local partnerships for juvenile justice reform. Van Wormer was one of four inaugural recipients of the Champions for Change award, presented by the MacArthur Foundation's Models for Change initiative.
