Through its Frontiers in Development initiative, the U.S. Agency for International Development is examining issues facing the future of foreign assistance and international development. The initiative, supported by MacArthur and other partners, was launched with an inaugural three-day forum that convened world leaders, government officials, and international development experts. Speakers addressed key challenges and opportunities facing developing countries and development organizations.
