This grant provides partial support for a special issue of Oxford University’s Refugee Studies Centre’s Forced Migration Review, the leading field and practitioner journal on this topic. This December 2013 issue will be devoted to the topic of crisis migration. It is being prepared in collaboration with the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM) at Georgetown University, and is based on research from ISIM’s three-year project to develop principles and effective practices for dealing with crisis migration.
