Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access administers ExpandNet, a small global network of professionals seeking to advance the science and practice of scaling up in the reproductive health sector, and in the broader development field. With general support from MacArthur, ExpandNet strengthens its initiatives on scaling-up across programs, regions, and nations, and supports a network of public health professionals working towards the same goals. The award promotes dialogue and experiential learning among professionals, policy makers, and scientists, and south-to-south collaborations for technical support, evaluation, development of toolkits and practical guides, and research related to scaling up.

Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access administers ExpandNet, a small global network of professionals seeking to advance the science and practice of scaling up. In this project, Expandnet staff is working to increase capacity globally to support scale up of health and education projects and provides direct support to the scaling up of Girls Secondary Education projects in Nigeria and India. The work institutionalizes projects in health and education systems, incorporates scaling up into the everyday work of funding agencies, and prepares ExpandNet to provide long term scaling up support to the development field.
