    GENEVA, SWITZERLAND — This grant funds the Spanish translation and dissemination of an edited volume titled Global Perspectives on Migration and Development: GFMD Puerto Vallarta and Beyond. This book serves to encapsulate the current state of discussions at the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD), an annual meeting of governments and civil society representatives aimed at disseminating knowledge and best practices, and stimulating international partnerships, on increasing the benefits of migration to migrants and their countries of origin and destination. The book will make knowledge generated by the GFMD broadly accessible to an interested readership of migration specialists and policymakers, including those in Spanish-speaking countries.
