The Center will use this grant as supplemental funding for the technical build-out of the Illinois Budget Tool, an online budget-modeling tool that allows citizens to explore and understand the Illinois state budget and the challenges of bringing it into balance.

The Center will use this grant to develop the Illinois Budget Tool, an online budget-modeling tool that will allow citizens to explore and understand the Illinois state budget and the challenges of bringing it into balance; and to help facilitate the exchange of ideas among voters, elected officials, and public interest groups.
