Erin Sines

Erin and her co-director lead the Foundation’s team responsible for investments to reduce corruption and promote accountability in Nigeria. Prior to her current position, she was the director of the Population and Reproductive Health program.

Before joining MacArthur, Erin provided guidance to policymakers in Ethiopia, India, Kenya, and Mongolia to use data to make policy and program decisions. Earlier in her career, she worked on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights in Latin America and conducted research on maternal and child health in the US.

Erin has a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Politics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

She serves on the board of directors of Global Integrity and the steering committee of the Transparency and Accountability Initiative.
